I’m a MBACP and UKCP qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in private practice, with a Dip. Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I'm in Advanced Clinical Training in an MSc and CTA (Certified Transactional Analysis) with Middlesex University. I've previously practiced at MCPS in West London, Centre of Change in Croydon (South London), and CGL STARS (South-End Treatment and Recovery Services, in Essex).
Prior to psychotherapy my professional career was in the corporate sector and with technology start-ups, holding senior positions across various industries including Banking & Finance, Technology, Marketing, Online Retail and Travel. I hold additional qualifications of Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Visual Arts, and in Interactive Multimedia. I’ve studied, lived and worked in South Korea, South America, and Australia, and settled in the UK permanently in 2002.

What you bring to therapy is personal and can also be profoundly private. Ensuring your confidentiality is of utmost importance so that you can explore all aspects of yourself in a free, safe, and non-judgemental space.
